I just want to give some kudos to Xuân Tính, an Arch Linux user here in Vietnam, for helping promote Arch Linux in Vietnam.
He has added both scim-unikey and xvnkb to AUR in the last week. Both packages allow Vietnamese users to input Vietnamese characters on their computers (Vietnamese have more than 3 ways to input Vietnamese characters; VNI, VIQR and Telex). Besides Ubuntu and openSUSE, this will make Arch Linux one of the few distros in Vietnam that can use the Vietnamese language.
Give Xuan Tinh a big round of applause for his efforts promoting Arch Linux in Vietnam!

A big thanks to him and to you for being kind enough to give him a mention.

I also extend a cheer to Xuân Tính. These are types of packages that none of devs or TUs can maintain given we just do not use them. Good job!
