Black Screen in kdemod after update

After a recent update of kdemod a some librarys on my Arch64 sometimes de screen turns black suddenly, and the only thing on viseble on the screen is the mouse pointer, also i can see the apps list when pressing ALT + TAB.  I've got to restart the X to turn to normal.
Somebody got any solutions for this ?

ati or nvidia?

anyways try to clean xorg.conf to bare minimums and see if it helps.

Nvidia Card.

Doing This
System settings -> Desktop -> All effects tab -> Disable present windows.

For now it works all right
