Did you refresh your package database after setting up the new mirrors (-Syy)? lib32-libx11 has four direct dependencies, which has two more indirect. If you can't get your mirrors to behave properly, I'll e-mail you all the stuff. Of course it would be better if your system was working correctly.

Of course I did! Could you give me the mirror your using. I tried 5 N.A mirrors including archlinux's official mirror. None had it. Also on package search, it doesn't come up.

I have a stupid question haxit, you are running x86_64 bit, right?
That question doesn't sound so far fetched anymore. Maybe posting the output of /etc/pacman.d/mirrorlist as well as your /etc/pacman.conf file would help?

I already did pacman -Syy. I just installed packages manually from website. Anyways, I fixed it, thanks guys!
