Bugtracker issue.

I am using git as my version control system. You can find most of my code on github and I probably don't have to say how comfortable it is. But because they are all open source projects code I want to communicate with the users, so bugtracker with ticket system would be nice.

So I've registered on http://lighthouseapp.com/ and it's quite nice but it's not that popular. I mean, if someone would want to report a bug, account on lightthouse is required. So most of users, if not all of them, will give up. It's easy with google code because everyone has google account (:P)  but I don't like svn.

The question is: what is in your opinion the best way to involve users to the project? How to let them report a bugs and open new tickets?
