I guess most of you know about the chraka-project.
But yet another has shown up. www.shiftlinux.net/about/
Seems they didn't like the way Ubuntu base was going and came over to the Arch way.
The world will soon be Arch(ified)

The thing with all these distributions that use Arch as a base is that they still inherit Arch's problems, and moreover do nothing to fix em themselves, but rather expect from the Arch developers to do it for them.
There are many examples for the above.
Yes Arch isnt perfect, and the fact that its constantly changing guarantees theres gonna be flaws in many areas until they eventually get solved.
On the other hand, there are certainly some advantages for Arch, from having derived distributions.
There shouldn't be any reason to learn more editor types than emacs or vi -- mg (1)

Perhaps he means breakage happens-and it is up to the user to know how to workaround...something LiveCD installed Arch distros don't exactly encourage? (full knowledge of one's system-that is)
Either way-dark themes are hard on the eyes. That being said, considering how Ubuntu et al have been getting bad PR for getting slower and slower and not fixing their bug tickets-'tis not too surprising folks are wanting a Gnome alternative.

Which other distro doesn't have breakage? Any what kind of problems are he talking about?
