Hi I want to change the frequency of my file system check to weekly once, but it seems tune2fs says it is only for ext3/ext3 systems.
I used the newest arch iso to install ext4 system

Where does it say that? What version of tune2fs do you have? (pacman -Q e2fsprogs)

And how did you make your filesystem?

i used the arch cd to make an ext4 file system

Oh, that's a bug in the man page. It needs to be updated. If you actually run the command, it will work.
