DRI and IGP 320M ATI

I'm reading the DRI website and i'm more than ready to install the appropriate drivers to finally get my ati igp card working. i have a ATI IGP320M, running on an Athlon-xp .

in the website
http://dri.sourceforge.net/cgi-bin/moin … &value=igp

they say that the x.org server(xorg.bz2) and the x.org driver modules(Xorg-modules.tar.bz2) need to be installed in order to run the snapshot binaries. in archlinux, i have xorg package installed, but are the modules included in the package?

Re: DRI and IGP 320M ATI

Hi.
I'm using DRI (binary snapshots) using xorg and r200 drivers, working fine so the package you mentioned seems to be included or my card doesn't using them...

Re: DRI and IGP 320M ATI

are you using the exact same card as mine under linux?

when i type lspci, i get

ATI U1/A3 AGP Bridge [IGP 320M]

i hope you are. i'm going to try the r200 driver (just in case that works) because the website says that i should use the radeon driver instead for my card.
