HDAPS daemon parking disk heads too often

Hi,

I have an IBM thinkpad T60p and I setup hdapsd to monitor the hard drive and park the heads in case of a fall. I also installed hdaps-gl which graphically confirms the sensors are working properly. The problem is that hdapsd is filling the logs with:
parking
unparking
messages all the time - sometimes at intervals of seconds sometimes every couple of minutes, but VERY often. I'm just wondering if this is normal and why are the disk heads getting parked so often?
