Installing packages while offline.

Does the following listed tar file remain available or has it been removed or replaced?

I'm attempting to use the following HowTo to install packages offline.

and uses KDE as an example.

Any help would be appreciated

That should work. Or you can pick a db from a mirror more local to you.
