The title says it all, but I haven't found anything suitable despite searching quite a bit.
I'd like to avoid Gnome, KDE, Ruby, etc dependencies to keep an Openbox system minimal.
(I also know there's a Firefox extension and an Opera widget to do this, but I'd like a separate program.)
Any suggestions most welcome, or have I missed something obvious?

Thanks for that link. It's pretty basic but it does the job okay. I changed the variable gStep = 10 instead of 25 as a 10px division for small ticks seems more reasonable.
