Nvidia driver wont work.
I was messing around with mythtv and xbmc for a few hours and i restarted my computer and when it booted up i got a system error. So my pc worked fine all day up to this point... and i got this:

Fatal server error:
no screens foundThis only happens when i use the nvidia driver. The vesa driver works but poorly obviously. When i try the nv, it also has poor performance compared to the nvidia driver. Here is what i get with the nv driver when i try to run 'xbmc':

What NVIDIA drivers are you using, try reinstalling them and running "sudo nvidia-xconfig" + reboot.

maybe your card isn't supported by the last nvidia version. check changelog
Give what you have. To someone, it may be better than you dare to think.

All my nvidia and xorg drivers were up to date... Just not my "nvidia-utils" aka nvidia-xconfig. When i was using nvidia-xconfig, it was making a bad xorg.conf.
