[request] Standard ML programming language package

I didn't find a ML programming language package in the repository. If it exist, could someone point me to it please?

If it doesn't exist, could someone try to make a package of SML found here?
It seems like it's using config.tgz to download and install the necessary tarballs. What to download is defined in the file targets found in config.tgz. By leaving it like it is will give a minimum installation. And that's fine by me.

I've given it a try and in that process, I moved a few things(I didn't feel like putting some shellscript in /usr/bin/.run/ etc.)...

Some small example programs ran well, but I must admit that I don't understand a word of ml smile

Could you give it a try(especially those "Modules" or whatever they're called in ml located in /usr/lib/standard-ml/)    and tell me whatever goes wrong?

PKGBUILD is here and
the package is over here.

Re: [request] Standard ML programming language package

Thanks.

I must admit that I a novice when it comes to ML. I'm just about to start to learn it, so I wouldn't have much clue either when it comes to what works and what doesn't. But I do appreciate you taking the time to make a package.

I'll test it, but I guess I won't be back like right away with what does work and what doesn't, since I really don't have a clue. smile If someting obvious comes along I will certanly give you feedback.

And again. Thank you so very much smile

You're welcome smile

And take your time..   I'm quite busy building FreeNX at the moment, so there's no need to rush things smile

That link's dead and the domain parked. The package in aur is marked Out Of Date and is 32bit only.
