not sure if this is the right place to post this question, but I need some help.
I am attempting to compile the most recent stable kernel (2.6.28.8) with ABS, but when I run makepkg I get the error that the config file isn't found. as an option, I chose make oldconfig, if that's relevant. nothing is written about this in the wiki entry.
PLEASE HELP

2.6.28.8 is in testing.
the config file are in the build directory. /var/abs/core/kernel26

Give what you have. To someone, it may be better than you dare to think.

one more problem, my patch won't work. ../current-tuxonice-for-2.6.28.patch it can't find it for some reason. I even tried renaming it to use underscores instead. I have a copy in both the ~/ABS/kernel folder (where the rest of my files are) and in just the regular ~/ABS folder

add the patch name or url in the source array of your PKGBUILD.

I already tried that... or I think I did, unless it absolutely has to be online.
however, I compiled without tuxonice as a test, and it worked fine,
actually I can't find the output files after pacmaning the package. this proves a problem when configuring grub.
