Reducing clock & voltage on Ati GPUs

Hi,

is there a similar tool for Ati graphics cards available for Arch like the tray tools for windows? My computer has a Ati X850XT, because sometimes I play games on windows, but most of the time I use Arch or BSD and do not need that much power.

Maybe rovclock but its a command line tool and not so up to date.
If you use the catalyst drivers try to check on the gui if you can change the clock speeds, if not then back to command line and ati-tool.
