Do anyone know if there is a good web browser for qt / kde out there?
I've tried arora which seems to be bad compared to browsers in gtk or the old konqueror for kde 3.5

There's Opera, other then that I know only of Arora (based on WebKit, buggy).

Yes I know about Opera, but I never got to like that browser, back in the days when I had kde 3 I used konqueror which I liked very much, but with KDE 4 it dosn't feel the same way to use it, and its quite slower

Just a question. Although firefox is not QT; what is the problem of using it in KDE?

I do use it, but I was hoping to have a clean KDE enviroment, and with Firefox that is not possible

Konqueror is quite good. If its slow it might be the well known "broken router dns" problem. In case of FritzBox an update to the latest dev version helps. Also a local dns cache might do it.
In addition to this there is a webkit part for Konqueror.

Theres a small version of konqueror just for webbrowsing... look at rekonq ... but not very comfortable at the moment....
and there will be a firefox-qt build...

Maybe you could have a look at Chromium, a QT port of Google Chrome. Not sure how ready it is.

doesn't look like qt to me looking at the depencencies. and according to the faq from the devs, it will be gtk based.

The git version from the repos works great here-Flash, keyboard shortcuts and all....and a Google V8 benchmark of ~600...versus Konqueror 150, and Opera 9.64 at 170
