Need help with my first chroot setup

I have an x86_64 arch installed just fine but wanted to setup a 32 bit chroot for wine

I have followed all of the instructions here:

And instead of using schroot, I use this trick to launch programs inside my 32 bit chroot:

so I launch arch32 wine start SteamInstall.msi and get this error:

Application could not be started, or no application associated with the specified file.
ShellExecuteEx failed: File not found

How can I resolve this?

If it matters, if I chroot into the chroot and do echo $DISPLAY, this is returned:

:0
