Hi there!
I have done the upgrade to xorg-server 1.6 on March 18th, when it was released, but since then I have been experiencing problems. I tried pretty much every solution available on the tubes and read pretty much everything about evdev and input hotplugging.
Now, I have disabled input hotplugging through

In Gnome, I have enabled evdev-managed keyboard and everything seems to work fine (characters and all), but some keys, such as the delete key, exhibit some wierd behaviour. For example, the delete key offers me to save a screenshot, the arrows don't work (except the down one, which acts as Enter), and the backslash key won't work at all. My alt keys are also broken.
I have tried to revert back to the old version of xorg, but it won't work. Video driver issues, ,I guess. But I still don't understand why the keyboard does not work.
