A man without fortune(-mod)

I'm not sure where to post this, but I think this is the best place.

I remember sometime before there were lots of fortune-mod-* packages in the repositories, but it seems they're gone. I searched AUR for them, but most of them aren't there also. What happened? How am I supposed to procrastinate now? tongue (Yes, fortune-mod is there, but not the other packages)

I'm just asking because I don't know if I should file a bug report or if it was supposed to happen but I didn't know.

Re: A man without fortune(-mod)

Look on AUR

EDIT: Woops, seems that you have already. If they're not there, look in the CVS history for community. It could be possible also that the upstreams have died, making the PKGBUILD useless.

Re: A man without fortune(-mod)

It is only two or three days ago that most of my beloved fortune-mods were gone as yaourt -Su --aur told me.
Instead there are some language dependent packages like fortune-mod-de which I don't really remember have been there before.

Is there a rationale behind this?

To know or not to know ...
