pypanel takes 99% cpu openbox [Solved]

My pypanel is giving up to 99% cpu

It's started in autostart.sh like this

xcompgr &
(sleep 1s && pypanel ) &

the config file http://pastebin.com/d6b7f6adc
it was a fault in the config file, changed clock_delay to clock_delay = 20  now it works fine
I also use xcompgr does this effect pypanel ?
