Shared Windows Xp Printer

Hi everyone.
I have my network printer setup using http://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/CUPS_Setup
Everything has gone well except that for when I print it hangs on the remote xp box saying 64kb/sizekb and i can't even cancel the job!
any ideas?

here is the printer description from the cups web interface

Description: Christine's Printer
Location: Upstairs
Printer Driver: HP OfficeJet 5500 Foomatic/hpijs (recommended)
Printer State: idle, accepting jobs, published.
Device URI: smb://MSHOME/Christine1@Christine/UpstairsPrinter

No. Like I said it connects and sends the document to the printer it just hangs at 64kb
