I want to change it back so that it opens nautilus. How would I go about doing that?

You could just remove konqueror with pacman, if you don't need it any more, i guess...
... or check if it's maybe an issue that can be solved by reconfiguring => system, settings, "default applications" (English names guessed by me - look out for for synonyms ).

Thanks for the attempt. I actually found the answer in the wiki. I do not know how it evaded me the first time I looked. Thanks anyway.
For those of you who find this thread looking for the answer:
From the Wiki:
Default applications
You may want to configure system-wide default applications and file associations. This is extremely useful when you have some KDE applications installed, but still prefer a GNOME ones to be launched by default.
To do that you can install gnome-defaults-list from AUR. It will place your configuration file at /etc/gnome/defaults.list.
If you want to do everything manually, create /usr/share/applications/defaults.list with the following format:
[Default Applications]
application/pdf=evince.desktop
image/jpeg=eog.desktop
...
