Zope - trying to run add-on package Silva

Downloaded and installed this package from Silva website.  This is a wysiwyg website building environment.
Ran the test to validate PyXML which came from the Python site.
I posted to the Silva mailing list that the root for that package did not appear in the Zope control panel and the response was that

At least You should have a broken "Silva" Product in the
"Control Panel" > "Products"

If You do not have it something is odd with Your configuration.
If You have one, if should contain a traceback telling You details
about why intalling the product has failed.

If anybody knows anything about this package or is running it under Zope,  help would be appreciated. 

Otherwise the Zope installation looks good.

Re-installed Zope and Silva.  Now looks good.
Probably a permissions problem.
