hello
After installing arch on a computer with intel graphics card, I installed everything, and configured the xserver etc, and when starting up gnome everything went fine, until, I tried to watch a flash movie in firefox vertical lines get drawn across the screen, when looking at a picture with eog, same thing happend, then I tried to switch to exa and see if that helps, well then there are artifacts all over the screen whole the time.
Anyone run into this before?
EDIT: Screenshot: http://bildr.no/view/380691
EDIT2: video playback with MPlayer is not affected, and watching pictures in firefox.

No one has any experience with this?

phoronix has had: http://www.phoronix.com/scan.php?page=a … _uxa&num=1

it went away for me using the git intel driver in aur.
Along with the rampant memory leaks of the release candidate.

But this partially appeared while defining nothing in xorg.conf, and got like described on the screenshot when specified xorg to use exa.

And this isn't the only thing that bothers me. I also experience the xorg server to never shut properly down when I exit it, and I can't simply get dual monitor setup to work.

you can try this for the artifacts-problem:
Option "AccelMethod" "exa"
Option "MigrationHeuristic" "greedy"
