audacity: error while loading shared libraries: libvorbisenc.so.2: wrong ELF class: ELFCLASS64
any ideas?

Your copy of audacity is looking for a 32 bit version of libvorbisenc.so.2 and only finding a 64 bit version.

Hmmm.... sounds like a 64bit library on a 32bit system??? Try and run "file" on that library to see if that is an issue.

Or the other way around. He may have a 32 bit version of audacity on his 64 bit system.
