pacman -S xapps
it doesn't include the patch though to make it more osx like. You'll have to use abs for that.

have a look at xcompmgr --help
you can set the radius, opacity, and left and top offsets for the shadows... i don't know why somebody made a patch to change the defaults, that seems kind of pointless.

edit: oh, the patch also has a different shadow radius for active/inactive windows, to create a more "3D" experience, like OSX. THAT i can understand.
