Hello!
i installed arch on my eeepc901 and have 2 questions:
1 i have to unplugg power after shutdown, otherwise on boot its freeze right after pushing the power button(the leds are lighting up but nothing happens)
2 is it possible to turn off wlan on boot?

1. Haven't had that problem. I've used moste bios version out there...
2. You can turn it off in the bios setup. Press F2 on the bios screen.

to 1: i deleted the efi partition, can that be the cause?
2: yes but when loading udev events at boot wlan gets re-enabled.
i read about disabling the wlan-modul with udev-rules, but i only want to change the start state.
