Echinus + Urxvt transparency

Hello,

Has anyone managed to get urxvt transparent (via xcompmgr) under echinus?
I tried looking through the source but all the opacity features there are related to inactive windows.
The below settings work ok under Openbox and other managers/enviorments.

.Xdefaults

urxvt*depth: 32
urxvt*background: rgba:0000/0000/0000/dddd

.xinitrc

 /usr/bin/xcompmgr -nfc&
 exec /home/act/echinus/usr/local/bin/echinus

Any help is much appreciated.
