Kde4.2 shuts off bluetooth daemon?

Hi all,

After wrestling with trying to make kdebluetooth4 or kbluetooth work in kdemod 4.2 in order to use a bluetooth mouse, I finally just installed blueman, which worked fine and I got my mouse paired up.  However, it seems that when kde starts it shuts down the bluetooth daemon I started in rc.conf. Most of the time (although not every time), the mouse is not working when the kde desktop comes up, but by getting to a Konsole and starting the daemon (/etc/rc.d/bluetooth start), the mouse starts working again.  I can see the daemon starting up during the sequence of daemon starts as the machine boots, but it's gone by the time the kde desktop displays.  Any ideas out there?

Thanks!
