Building a new xen kernel - how?

I want to build a new kernel and contribute it back to the AUR.
I've read the documentation on the wiki and I know how to build a kernel manually,

But what PKGBUILD template should I use? I need to apply these patches from Gentoo (http://code.google.com/p/gentoo-xen-kernel/) (in fact from OpenSUSE)
to a vanilla kernel. Can I apply these all in 1 time with the .bz2? Because there are 67 patches....

Which other files do I need or can I use?
What about the kernel config? I want an optimised kernel for my system, but on the AUR the config needs to be generic? (x86 + x86-64 seperate?)

I just started building arch packages, so I need some advice smile
Maintaining is no problem once I can start wink

Re: Building a new xen kernel - how?

Pull in the kernel files with ABS (PKGBUILD and Arch-specific patches) and modify the PKGBUILD to accomodate what extra needs you have (like a Xen patch for example). Then you can post the whole thing to the AUR.
