It looks like the output of one of the mindmapping programs. I think lifehacker had a comparison of various mindmap programs not too long ago.

I do use freemind and doubt this one was it.
But looking at the arrows and the positioning of the nodes texts, it could have been Vym. http://www.insilmaril.de/vym/ looks quite similar.

Yeah, I'd have to agree with bernarcher, it does look alot more like vym.
There are also some nice new ones popping up, anmely chartr
