need packages for some libs

hello folks, some has packages for itk, vtk, gdcm, cable-swig, gcc-xml, and all packages from Enthought Tool Suite?
Right now, I am downloading and compiling all but cable-swig and gcc-xml which I have borrowed from debian packages and coverted to tar.gz (I have no CVS access to internet).

Most likely you already did this, but did you check the AUR?

Here is vtk in AUR:
