KDE and keyboard.

Hi!

I have some problem with keyboard in kde. When my arch is booting, launches kdm, and there i can put an username and password from my keyboard, but once kde starts, my keyboard is inactive and i can't put anything from keyboard. Can somebody explain me why? And how can i fix it?

Regards

Re: KDE and keyboard.

Did you remember to put HAL in the daemons array in rc.conf?

Re: KDE and keyboard.

Yes, my HAL daemon is starting while booting.

added:

Ok, i discovered, that keyboard however, is working, but in very strange way: i must hold any key over 2-3 seconds before any char appears on screen. Additionaly, when i'm holding one key, char appears only once, but normally it should be a chain of chars.
