can't update with pacman -syu because of conflicting files

hi!

i have the following issue . I'm using kdemod3 and i 've tried to update my system with pacman -syu . I get the following messages
at the beginning

warning: dependency cycle detected:
warning: xorg-server will be installed before its nvidia-utils dependency

and after downloading the files , and checking for file conflicts

error: could not prepare transaction
error: failed to commit transaction (conflicting files)
xorg-server: /usr/lib/xorg/modules/extensions/libdri.so exists in filesystem
xorg-server: /usr/lib/xorg/modules/libwfb.so exists in filesystem
Errors occurred, no packages were upgraded.

What should i do in order to update my system ?

THanks for your help !

Give what you have. To someone, it may be better than you dare to think.
