[SOLVED] Can't print pdf files

Hey guys,

lately i can't print PDF (and PS) files anymore.
I Tried to print with different viewers (evince and ePDFview) and in both viewers the Print button is grayed out.
I Just found out that in GEdit the Print button is grayed out too.

Printing out of OpenOffice is no problem.

My Printer is an Samsung SCX 4200 and im using the SpliX driver package.

Any ideas?

Thanks
Marcel

Update your system and make sure you apply the new example/default cupsd.conf. Some things have thanged in 1.3.10 release. PDF printing is fixed in 1.3.10-2 wink

Hey I'm having the same problem. The example cups.conf is cups.conf.default in /etc/cups/ right?
I switched to the new example file, restarted CUPS, but fixed nothing.
