Plasma causes unusally high loads (KDE4.2)

My biggest question is, has anyone else had this problem?

It seems to come at random, but occationally, Plasma will cause loads of 1.15 to 2.1, with running both of my CPU's at 60-90% capacity.
Is there a fix for this? I just have to restart plasma and it is ok, but it is getting annoying....
