[SOLVED] hp2605 print options

i've tried installing HP2605dn in the web interface and using "hp-setup -i".  also tried the provided cups ppd and the custom ppd from the openprinting database.  i can't seem to get the options for two-sided printing, paper source, color/greyscale, etc. to be selectable.  my laptop with linuxmint has all the print options working.

any suggestions?
