As I mentioned before it's been done already twice but it wants to do that again. I've searched forums and tried pacman -Scc but it didn't help seems to be the same. Can someone help me please? Even that I have adsl it takes some time but what its worse I don't understand what's going on.

cd /var/lib/pacman/local
* check the folders in there to see if there are any duplicate ones for the packages that keep reinstalling
* remove the new version folder
* reinstall the package (the old version folder should be replaced by a new version folder)
HTH
EDIT:
I've reread your post and I'm no longer very sure the above method will work... but you can try it. Duplicates in that folder are a NONO.. that shows corrupt pacman DB.

I've donne some changes to my /etc/pacman.conf file before and added unofficial mirrors. What happened was that during the Su, pacman had a problem with phrakture's mirror- it refused the connection(or whatever) than upgrade didn't continue. So I've deleted that mirror and everything works fine. Arch is great
Anyway thank you for your quick response and help.
