After reading the Arch User Magazine this month I decided to give Back In Time a shot but I can't seem to get the PKGBUILD to work. I keep getting the following error:
==> Building and installing package
which: no gnome-session in (/bin:/usr/bin:/sbin:/usr/sbin:/opt/java/jre/bin:/usr/bin/perlbin/site:/usr/bin/perlbin/vendor:/usr/bin/perlbin/core)
which: no kdeinit4 in (/bin:/usr/bin:/sbin:/usr/sbin:/opt/java/jre/bin:/usr/bin/perlbin/site:/usr/bin/perlbin/vendor:/usr/bin/perlbin/core)
==> ERROR: An unknown error has occured. Exiting...
Error: Makepkg was unable to build backintime package.Both of those which statements make sense because I'm using openbox. So I tried installing the backintime-kde4 PKGBUILD and it installed correctly but will not load a GUI. I'm guessing that's because when it runs it says:
[kurt@arch ~]$ backintime
Autodetect GUI mode: gnomeWhich is not kde4 obviously.
Any suggestions?

I thought i read somewhere you need java to run backintime and something about a javalib which needed to be linked to somewhere else.
I am sorry, but i cannot remember where i read it.

Maybe it has been fixed already, but running backintime-gnome works for me.
