I'm using Elisa media center version 0.5.35-1 from the Community repo. Haven't used it in awhile so I don't know if this problem is recent and particular to this version or not.
There seems to be unusually high CPU usage (100%) even when the program is idle, with no folders added to the library or any other configuration change other than the default.
I've tried it with nvidia as well as the xf86-video-intel drivers.
Has anyone else seen this or have an idea what it could be?

exactly the same problem - no idea why.
This is on my laptop with sis-driver.
