IBM model M keyboard hack

I've been trying to hack an IBM model M keyboard from AT to PS2, but I'm having some problems and I don't know if its the keyboard or the comp.

I can not get numlock to work on it, (which is my test to see if it works) and I dont know if I have to modify the keyboard layout or if it even matters. (Model M doesn't have some keys that newer ones do)

I know for sure my wireing is correct, and I have also tried adding resistors to data and clock lines, but to no avail.

Anything you got is helpful, because I really want to get this working.
