Hello,
on the two pictures below you can see my problem (i've only pixelized the filenames): sometimes there are strange areas in the windows. Resizing the windows solves this for a while.
I'm using KDEmod and thats my Display Controller (lspci output): Intel Corporation Mobile 945GM/GMS/GME, 943/940GML Express Integrated Graphics Controller (rev 03)
How can i solve that?

Do you have the desktop-effects enabled? If so, try to change the render-method.

Desktop effects are disables in the KDE settings.
Sorry, i'm new. How can i change the render method?
This is the output of glxinfo (maybe it's relevant?):
$ glxinfo | grep render
direct rendering: Yes
OpenGL renderer string: Mesa DRI Intel(R) 945GM GEM 20090418 2009Q1 x86/MMX/SSE2
