I have all the permissions, and did chmod +x.
I also have all lib32 for games. Nvidia drivers.. etc

Did you try a 32 bit chroot? It sometimes does the trick.

heres the guide for it arch 64 chroot, dont be intimidated by it, its pretty simple i just did it a few minutes ago actually.

I disable my kernel's execution of all 32-bit programs, everything runs 64 bits now for sure.
