Movie library organizer?

Hello everyone.  I'm looking for a simple program that will organize a movie library.  I have a large collection of movies and I'm looking for a program that will automatically get info about the movie from some kind of internet database.

I found a program called MeD's movie manager http://sourceforge.net/projects/xmm, but it's not quite what I'm looking for.  Anyone have any suggestions?  Thanks!

Re: Movie library organizer?

Try Griffith
I haven't used it for a while but it was OK
More for a physical collection of movies (VHS etc) or a mixture than for just movies on a hard drive

Re: Movie library organizer?

I checked it out and it's still not quite what I'm looking for.  I also tried gcstar with similar results.

The ultimate program would be one where I can import a directory (~/vids) and have it automagically fetch information about the title and have a nice list display with cover art.  I think its equivalent to the library view in winamp but for videos instead.  If such a thing doesn't exist I might have a new project to get started on.
