Problem with access to sound device

I had problem with sound, i do it adding the modprobe snd_pcm_oss to the /etc/rc.local, but now i haven't permission do use it from normal user, all the time i must write chmod 777 /dev/dsp. Where can i write it to do this command automatically on the startup ?

Re: Problem with access to sound device

Hey, this fixed my problem:  http://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?t=8315

Am I the only one thats unable to search the forums?  I typed in audio and it just brought up the regular stuff instead of searching.
