arch partition screwed up about a week or two ago, been using freebsd since, not completely setup like i want but i though i would share a screen before arch went back on, in fact om thinking about 64-bit for the first time in two years, wonder if the common 64-bit flaws have been fixed

Awesome setup mate...really colorful smile (/me back with Arch smile )

PS:Mind sharing your Xdefaults color theme?

thanks man, sorry but my Xdefaults are gone because i didnt back anything up.
ill try to see if i can make them again

The blue is not really because of arch colors, its because it matches the blue led's on my laptop

And my icewm desktop, whens the last time you saw an icewm screenshot on arch forums?

@sand_man

if it makes you feel any better, i have never posted a screenshot of arch tongue

@moljac024

Thanks for the support Lord Vader tongue

@NeoXP

it worked absolutely fine on my Lenovo 3000N200, and I am aware it installed fine on many thinkpads. But yeah, you should investigate on the hardware support first.

Anyway a new screenshot this time.

Not to complain, but just a question... What brings you to post your screenshots here if you never used arch? tongue

Edit: one more question, what's interesting about Lunar Linux, I never heard anything about it so far.

you can find my screenshots in many linux forums. configurations, like themes, Xdefaults, fonts, etc., have nothing to do with a distro. That is what i am interested in. i came to know of some programs here in arch forums, and some more in other linux forums. I used Arch sometime back, and I don't at the moment.

Lunar is a source based distro, with a very small user base, and extremely barebones, and lets you build the system the way you want.

Re: May 2009 Screenshots

Finally I got aroung to making a screenshot of my desktop. Behold the beauty of the scenery.

The background image is a photo I made myself when I was in Italy last summer.
Other than that I am using gnome with one of the themes that were included.

Mostly I don't change much on my desktop. I just use it smile
