partition table on flashcard dropped when suspending

hey.. i have an Acer Aspire One with a flashcard mounted to /home, the problem is that everytime i suspend the partition table on the sdd card is lost, so i have to reformat it etcetc.. using pm-suspend for suspending.. any ideas on that? btw the ssd card works untill i reboot, getting the errors on startup than!

partly sovled by dropping ext2/3 and using xfs!

after using xfs on the flashcard the filesystem got corrupted too, unrepairable again, dunno why/how/bla, so if anyone still has any suggestions pls tell me

The same thing happened to a 16 GB SDHC card in dell mini 9 netbook. The card even could not be formatted using gparted. This SD card became usable after formatting as fat32.
