Re: Arch User Magazine Issue 2: Are You Ready?

Nice read, very nice read man, keep up the good work, and keeping the masses entertained.

Oops, you got a fact wrong, kensei's don't wear armor, check the D&D rules, they can't ever wear an armor, they are one with their swords and do not rely but on their swords for offense and defense. big_smile

PS: I'll try the roundhouse thing laterz. wink

Oops is right... guess you learn something new every day! Thanks for the correction Kensai. The reference in question has been fixed... hopefully before too many people saw our little SNAFU.

That was a neat tip, wasn't it... Hoping that he'll package a version for AUR soon. If he doesn't, maybe I will, with his permission of course...

Re: Arch User Magazine Issue 2: Are You Ready?

may i ask something? which program did you use to create the magazine? I don't think it's made on openoffice. Isn't it?

They say that if you play a Win cd backward you hear satanic messages. That's nothing! 'cause if you play it forwards, it installs windows.

That would be fine by me, believe it or not, I haven't ever delved much into packaging things for Arch.  I guess it's just not my cup of tea wink
I much prefer doing other things to help the Arch community, plus, time is sometimes an issue for me.

I like the way the formatting turned out in this issue much better, great job !   Your getting very good with Scribus.  You may end up having to write an article on how you set everything up for the magazine, might make an interesting tutorial.

I'll have the package done by tomorrow, and thanks for the praise!
