gstreamer-plugins problems?

Heya,

I just instaleld the latest gstreamer(-plugins) updates. I can now rip with the app goobox cd-tracks to mp3's. But when I try to use ogg, it just crashes and gstreamers complains about an undefined symbol : something with "vorbis_init".

I can't encode to flac (what I actually want) at all. The app just hangs there. I have no idea if it is the apps fault or gstreamer.

Ripping to "wav" also works.

So, anyone else having these problems with gstreamer?

(I executed gst-register)

i do not use gst, but abcde for ripping music
