error Pacman -Syu'ing

I get the following error after running 'pacman -Syu':

checking package integrity...
(272/272) checking for file conflicts               [###############################################################################################################] 100%
error: could not prepare transaction
error: failed to commit transaction (conflicting files)
xorg-server: /usr/lib/xorg/modules/extensions/libdri.so exists in filesystem
xorg-server: /usr/lib/xorg/modules/libwfb.so exists in filesystem
Errors occurred, no packages were upgraded.

what could be the problem and how can I fix this?
