i've wrote wiki on PHC patch

nice work, back when i tested out phc, i had to stress the cpu to check its limits....isnt this necessary now?
EDIT: in the wiki, you say downvolt...i think the correct term is undervolt.
EDIT2: remembered it was a wiki, and fixed it myself

install from aur phctools-svn
install msr-tools from aur
modprobe the new msr module
run as root phctools
in my case, my vids would not go down 21. anyway, im not sure what is happening, because before playing with it, it was trying to put a vid of 6, but the cpu does not go below 21.
anyway, in a real world environment, i dont save much power with phc enabled. this was a long time ago, maybe something changed..
